Heat Stroke & Heat Exhaustion

Looking for the warning signs of both

* Leave a route card
* Check the local forecast
* Pack plenty of fluids/water
* Take a sun hat
* Wear sun cream and pack extra in your rucksack
* Light loose clothing is recommended
*  Take plenty of breaks in the shade
Learn the signs of heat stroke and exhaustion and know what to do. If someone has symptoms of heat stroke, then it requires immediate medical attention.
If you’re lost or injured and can’t get off the hill, call 999 and ask for Police, then Mountain Rescue.
