We were invited to go along to the Open Door Cafe and Day Care Service in Morningside to give a presentation about BSARU today. The Open Door in Morningside supports older people, people with mental health issues and other vulnerable people in our community, and it was good for their Thursday Club to learn how BSARU are part of the supportive network that can contribute to maintaining their independence by offering a 'safety net'.
