We are looking for candidates to join our probationer programme.
Are you:
- Based in the Kelso area
- An experienced hill walker or mountaineer, comfortable in the wilds in all weathers
- Hill fit
- Enthusiastic
- Keen to learn
- Driven to help others
- Committed and willing to dedicate your time, energy and enthusiasm to this cause
If so, our probationer training programme may be for you. The programme lasts for 12-18 months after which period successful candidates will become full team members. A medical or first aid background is an asset but is not essential.
