18 of our team members were eligible to receive the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Medal for services to Mountain Rescue
On Thursday 7th July, team members met at Kelso Rugby Club and were presented with the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Medal by Chief Inspector Vincent Fisher - Area Commander of Scottish Borders Police.
The Platinum Jubilee Medal is awarded to those who provide a frontline service in the Armed Forces, Emergency Services (retained or voluntary,) with more than 5 years of service in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
Eighteen team members were eligible for this award, five of whom have also received the Golden and Diamond Jubilee medals.
